How can you add 'translucent lettering' to a photo? This means text on top of the photo, which is visible but does not block out the image, you can still see the photo through the letters. Max 30 photos; jpgs.

In any of the Office suite that I know you can edit the font and somewhere there where you set the color you also set the translucency.

You can do it in paint just by clicking on the text tool.

Thanks Nick, it seem like my version of Paint will only block out a section of photo with white, then you can put some clunky colored letters in the box.

Hey in case anyone needs in future I found a free watermarking site; you can rubberstamp the same message to 20 photos at a time (best if they are resized first, I use Ifran for that)
