Cannot get it to load. "Error 1603" Have tried dl ing it with 2 browsers, have then turned browsers off. Still no GE. Noticed it had disappeared off my desktop unannounced, unrequested. Cannot locate program at all.

If you're in Windows, right click on the icon (if there is one) and "Open as Administrator". Good luck.
