on my chatgroup it is impossible to get people to remember to post who they are when they respond to a thread. (a requirement I have)
Is there any way to train for example the F11 key, so that when pressed, will pop up their sig line on the email?
I realize many email browsers will let you do so but some wont and some people get their mail on a web browser
