Is there an online formula we might use to determine if our building replacement coverage is adequate, to backup that which our agent might suggest?
Ie insert type of construction and location, building size, get an estimate replacement cost, or cost per sq ft?
Surely we are way past 100$/sq ft now

Russell Means used to be the gold standard for insurance work. Dunno if it still is.
