N/A Doug E Fresh destroyed by Blake Lewis on American Idol

I don't watch American Idol, I never have, and probably never will, but I found this video and it blew me away. Doug E Fresh invented Beat Boxing. If he was not born, there would be no human beat box. Buff Love (my idol) would not have been the backbone of the Fat Boys, etc.

And for him to get owned like this?? Wow. You have to give it until about 1:28 in the video to see the skills. Before that, its just rap. After that, its absolutely amazing:

He didn't get owned at all - the man was obviously subduing to play backbeat for the kid! I'm not familiar with either of 'em (not into that music) but it seems pretty clear what was going on. Kid has some serious chops, though!
