So, we already suffered a year or so of IE6 drive-by installs, misc buffer overflows, & now this?

The Trojan is coded in Chinese. So much for offshoring. Although I must say that my first instincts were that it would be in Russian.

No, Russians coding in Russian (or any other language). Most of the garbage I'm encountering these days, especially the Rogue AVs, seem to have a Russian / Czech / Ukraine connection. Probably Russian Mob identity-theft related.

It's not unusual for hackers to obscure their origins.
