Slim Whitman lived for many years in Penny Farms near hear, and
Richard "Have Gun, Will Travel" Boone lived in St Augustine. For many years he produced the annual "Cross and Sword" play at the St Augustine Amphitheater.

Maine isn't all that bad... I remember sneaking into this great little bar in S. Portland with my fake ID. Bought a few drinks for this one girl who turned out to be Miss Maine. I didn't know it was her until they called her on stage for karaoke night. 
I think she lost interest when it was my turn to sing.

Great story. I think I met the same girl at a Halloween party, only she was dressed up as "the" Playboy Bunny. Sorry, no stories.
