I just finished up a five-year project and the report. I hand it in Monday. If all goes well, I will be promoted to full professor. That would mean a 15% salary increase. I can pay off some debt and, of course, FLY MORE!

Very cool! What school, if I might ask? I know from previous threads that you're a musician and that you play a large stringed instrument, but that's about it.

Per school's policy, I can't say. But I can say that I teach at three colleges in Maryland, and one of them full time--that's the school!
