Hello!
My wife has been seeing an acupuncture doctor on a weekly basis for a few years for "women's problems,", and it is covered under our health insurance. Now, our health insurance is under my name, but she is listed as the patient. The other day, though, she discovered that there were a couple of times when the insurance mistakenly had me listed as the patient. Of course, I did not report this to the FAA, because I never went to this doctor. Is this a problem, or is it a non-issue? I would think if the FAA ever wanted to know why, I could refer them to the acupuncutre doctor who would tell them I've never been their patient.
Thanks for your help!
