I got the following METAR today. Why is it unreliable?

Correct. It's so obvious I missed it at first. I was looking at a long list of METARs and it was only by comparison with other METARs that something didn't seem right. It was only then that I caught the date.

When I read METARs I always start with the date/time, just like it is written, yet I glossed over it.

Now get over there and give your best guess on the TAF.
