Yesterday after my flight exam, I filled out the form, received my confirmation number, and passed that along to the AME so he could submit it to the FAA. A couple hours ago, I printed it out. Now, when I go back into the system, it shows the form (with only my header info) as if I hadn't filled it out.

What happened?

Does the form reset once your AME submits it to the FAA, or should it still be filled out?
 
I called the FAA. It has been received. Thanks.
