im sure that dr bruce will give his expert wisdom here, but if there is a diagnosis and an insurance code to go with it, i would bet it is a least a deferral and okc review.

If you don't have a board certified MD psychiatrist, get under the care of one RIGHT QUICK so the notes are interpretable to FAA. An ARNP just DOES NOT CUT IT nor does a PCP.
And if treated what the functionality is with treatment (the "on SSRI" program).

OCPD is OCD on "axis 2". OCD is "OCD on axis 1".
The former, if confirmed by a board certified psychiatrist (not ARNP, not PA, not pscyhologist) can get issued.
