Hey guys.

I've recently flown into POP in a twin Seneca and dealt with Swissport as my handler.
Do I have to deal with a handler of some sorts or is there a general aviation method to my arrival and departure? I'm looking for some sort of GA solution to deal with fuel, landing fees and departure.
I was very displeased with the way Swissport dealt with our trip.

Any ideas?
Has anyone else flown in there GA?
