Luck getting a Neuro Appt?

CAMI is requiring a neurological evaluation to be submitted regarding a 3 year old medical. I have had zero luck getting an appointment with any doctor due to everyone stating that I don’t have a neurological issue and they’re too busy to entertain the FAA. I even tried calling in a few favors and got nowhere. My PCP refuses to refer me because I don’t have a legitimate medical issue as stated by multiple doctor opinions.

Anyone had luck getting an appointment?
 
You willing to travel? There are a couple docs that know FAA protocols.

Joseph Sirven at Mayo, but I think he recently retired.

Alison Leston - UT Southwestern in Dallas. You can call her office and her staff knows about FAA stuff. You can just tell them you have to do an exam for the FAA.
