I've decided to move from Foreflight to WingX. I could go into the reasons, but it's really personal preference. I'll be selling my Stratus and I'm trying to decide between the iLevil or Clarity.
Since I'm going to do this, I might as well perform the comparison between AHRS versions. So, the most significant different I can see between the two at this point (besides the cost) is that Clarity has 1090 capability while iLevil does not.
Are people who are currently using the Clarity without ADS-B out on-board finding more traffic with the 1090, or is that something I really shouldn't care about? (yes, I understand the puck concept...but I'm looking at what aircraft are broadcasting that would be outside their puck).
Of course, I'm hopeful that the Oshkosh season will bring discounts...but that's just hoping.
