A home is available in our airpark. OK93 is just north of Tulsa International (KTUL).
BTW, the bean dinner is always the 3rd Saturday in September.

I believe this home comes with membership in the corporation that owns the runway. My understanding is that they pay about $200/year. Don Siemens would know. No HOA. Residents also throw in about $20 for the Bean Dinner each year, as well as contribute side dishes, etc, and for the fish fry, barbecue ribs, etc. We are a really old-fashioned community (think Mayberry).

Oh man, that sounds like a dream come true.
Well, except I don't have a job lined up in Tulsa and I don't really want to be an Okie. (ducks and hides)
I wonder whether it is true that all neighbors would be as cool as us ... cuz .. you know ... they're all pilots too. (logically)
