Links Database not functioning

This is a repeatable error. the links database shows the main sections, but upon clicking on any of the topics (ie Aviation Organizations) brings up a blank screen.

It appears to have been fixed when I updated the internal counters. I was seeing the same problem, but now I can see all the links again. Let me know if you still have any problems.
