Grandmothers funeral is tomorrow. Today, had a booking at the airport that I learned to fly at. It was cancelled due to weather. Weather miraculously cleared about 4 hours later. Went to airport with uncle. Instructor , uncle and I taxied and both coms failed during run up. Taxied back. Pre flighted another plane. Noted mag issues on run up. Three strikes and I m out....
