They helped me with a friend's headset mechanical repair, and went above and beyond to get it done - quickly and very inexpensively - even though they had no obligation to do so.

It seems they are known for great customer service, one of the reasons I chose the Zulu 2 over Bose or DC.
 
Yep...they've never failed to stand behind any product I've our based from them in the last 15 years. It makes for a loyal fan base.
 
My five year old Zulus failed on the last flight, ANR quit and won't come back. Yup, the batteries are good. Guess I'll find out how good the repair service is for myself. It sounds like it won't be too bad...
