KOLV or KUOX or KTUP?

Flying from Indiana to Louisiana around November 8. Looking for a nice place to refuel and rest a couple hours, maybe even nap for an hour before pressing on.

I selected these locations to also cross off a requirement in my logbook for when the time comes to pursue my CPL (>250 nm first leg).

Also, the KUOX runway is east-west, while KTUP & KOLV are north-south. What are the prevailing wind directions in this part of the country at this time?

Any favorites? I know what @ktup-flyer will say

Wait until the day of the trip, and pick the one with the most crosswind.

I'd take KTUP, no fees, close to eating, nice lounge, and 4 crew cars. KOLV the people there are meh at the fbo and they charge a fee if I remember as does UOX though they have a super fancy FBO.

If you're going for commercial runway orientation and crosswind shouldn't matter unless the winds are 60kts.
