The problem is, I do not understand how one is supposed to buy an experimental with 30 hours. Can I fly out Phase 1?

Yeah but tandem seating in the flybaby requires another flybaby.

If I add some bucks, I can buy RANS S-7 with 912. But that is the trick, isn't it?

To tell you the whole truth, I wanted a Kolb with HKS 700, but those are rare, and this seems like a great deal. $16k with trailer!

The problem is in Phase 1.

I owned a Kolb Fs II for a bit....i bought mine for 6k, put a BRS on it, cleaned it up and flew it for a year. It was some of the most fun flying ive ever done.
