Nice enough. New terminal. Did some training for my IR couple of years ago. Pretty sure they have crew car. Why Johnston County? Going to Raleigh?

Thanks. Just a training flight. Needed an airport 2 hours away with gas and lights (coming back at night), having an ILS to shoot doesn't hurt either.

Nice airport, great ice cream. JIHDI is the worst FAF name ever. Due to a snafu on my end, the FBO was closed when we arrived. We hopped over to W40 for gas; also a fine airport. They had a Keurig machine. More airports need those.

It's the best airport ever. I took my checkride for private pilot there in 1996 with a grumpy old guy that smoked and carried a typewriter around with him for banging out the temporary certificates.
