Registrant address is from Indiana according to the gugel-fú. Seneca with a shared address and last name with Hickerson Transport, Greenfield (east exurb of Indy). Maybe it's the air in Flori-duh, maybe Midwest nice is in fact boolsheet.

Apropos of nothing, here's a review of the company in google, which I found too on the nose not to post.

Winter Haven is my home drome, but I don’t recognize any of the players. What’s missing? Was someone on frequency who was in a truck? The airport trucks are on CTAF when crossing runways or the like.

I suspect it was someone on the ground who heard and saw it transpire.

I guess capt happy didn't appreciate whatever commentary from the third party on the ground, and popped off. Sounds like the recording didn't pick up the ground transmits, even though we hear the cherokee pilot respond.
