KCDW - Food/Drink with a View of the Runway?

I have an opportunity to plan a social gathering for non-flyers in northern NJ. Caldwell airport is nicely located where most folks attending would be coming from, and for what its worth I'd like to expose the non-flyers to GenAv. Is there anyplace near the airport that has a decent view of the runway?

How about going to Lincoln Park (N07) which is only a few miles away from Caldwell. Real nice resturant there with outdoor seating and a great view of the runway. Lots of non flying locals eat there, as well as many who fly in. The aircraft parking area is right in front of the outdoor tables, so you see many planes coming and going while there.
