Yep.

I can't decide if a second FBO up there would make things better for a short while (pricing) and long-term worse.
 
Some airports go to great lengths to stifle out any new small business coming on the field, especially if there is already a big FBO there. Ive heard many excuses and erroneous requirements from "no space available" to "you will have to build your own hangar with a minimum size of 15k square feet with a fire suppression system"
