Are there any sites that plot isobars from metar data in (near-) realtime?

You can get isobars from NOAA, on much finer grids than METARs would sample. These are data assimilation products, and will agree with observations to within measurement error. That's mostly satellite data, but balloons and other observations are also used.

There is no way on God's green earth you can sample terrain and smaller body of water effects with METARs.
 
You're pretty much just asking for a surface analysis plot?
