I have a very nice 64 gb white iphone 5. This was my wifes phone and always had a case on it. Looks and works perfect $350

My black 64 gb iphone 5 shows some wear but still works great. $200
Both are At&T phones. These are lower than they have been bringing on ebay.

AT&T will let you unlock them if they made all the money back on your subsidy. Takes a little hoop jumping but it'll make the phones a touch more valuable on the market. T-Mo subscribers can use them even though they're missing a band for that network.
