What are your suggestions for an iPad Air mount for a Cherokee Six? I don't want to mount it on the yoke in front of me, because that is where my Garmin Aera 510 resides. I'm actually thinking that the best place to mount it would be on the copilot yoke, but then it would have to be in articulable mount that would allow me to angle the iPad towards me in the left seat. Suggestions? (Going to ask the kids for it for a Christmas present.)

I'd use a kneeboard before I'd put it on the copilot yoke. That was pretty much my setup when flying the club Duchess. Garmin Aera on the yoke and iPad 2 on my knee.

I use a RAM Mount and really like it. May I ask why you need both devices? Redundancy?

Move the 510 and put the pad on your yoke. Assuming you'll use Foreflight or Garmin Pilot it's going to become your primary and render the 510 to a backup role.

Put a ram mount on the windshield or side window, comes with an articulating feature.
