I am a software developer interested in creating the best tool for the cockpit.
I know there are currently many systems like the Garmin 696, and combinations of various software (ForeFlight, Xwing) with the iPad.
Do you think you can build a better system and application? I think so.

Five seconds in, I have no idea what you want between EFB and PA. ForeFlight started as an EFB and claims to be an EFB for legal reasons, but has GPS integration with charts/maps. Most products are a combination of EFB and PA now, barring a few hold-outs who haven't caught up with the rest. Closed the browser window, moving on.

I could not get past the first question.

What is a "licensed pilot?" I am certificated pilot, but I have no pilot license (that was for you Ed)
