I'm not surprised...the publisher unsuccessfully sued Barr for "Conspiracy to Defame" a few years back; I suspect he doesn't like to be reminded.

Have the guy drop me an email at ron@wanttaja.com, and I'll pass his name along to Vern. Vern might have a tear sheet.
