He screwed up his ancient thermal dance that he does in order to attempt getting his Diamond badge.

May 22, 1995 we had a similar occurance here. My dad and I were playing catch in the front yard that evening till about dark. The temp was 84 degrees. Right around midnight that night, we has 102 degrees and 102 mph wind. One of the craziest nights ever.

it wichita, you never know what the weather is going to do.

the heat burst did knock a decent sized limb off one of our trees but it missed the glider trailer parked in the yard.
