Indianapolis VIP TFR Busts - Any Info??

Saw a letter at the FBO tonight talking out how the VIP TFR over the Indiana Governor's Mansion has been busted twice since Nov 10th. Does anyone have any information about this?

The mansion is just outside the IND Bravo airspace.

No, but I was sure to be careful when taking off from EYE last week for a flight seeing trip.

Airspace TFR busts are not public info.

They were probably non-events. Probably just some pilot flying under the shelf of the Charlie and was in and out of it without knowing the difference.

Indy doesn't have Bravo airspace. Was it an FAA letter?
