HP5550 Printer

I have one that prints BEAUTIFUL, but;
I cannot get it to print edge to edge on the 11" side.
The leading edge is fine, maybe an 1/8" (normal) but the trailing edge ALWAYS has about 1/2" of white where it will not print.
I have changed ever setting I can think of with no change.
It act's like it has a footer setting somewhere and I just can't find it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Which 5550? DeskJet or Color LaserJet?

That appears to be a design limitation, Mark.

Most consumer printers can't print to the absolute edges of a page. There's nothing on that page (not that I can find, anyway) about that specific printer; but because the page says that it contains the printable area and margin information for "all" DeskJet printers, I'm assuming the 5550 is lumped in with the unspecified DeskJets in the top row.
