how to log CFII checkride

I'm a bit at a loss on how to log my instrument instructor checkride...specifically, the portions during which the DPE flew the aircraft (which was about half the flight). Anyone know?

PIC....you were acting as the instructor and he was the student for purposes of the ride. Since you were instructing him for purposes of the ride, arguably you could log it as Dual Given, although you probably didn't sign HIS logbook!

I was kind of thinking that but just wasn't sure.

I didn't log dual given for the CFI ASE ride so no reason to do this one either.

My DPE filled the line out for me - Dual given 1.3, simulated IMC 1.1 (I was wearing the hood except for the lower 200 ft on take off and landing), PIC 1.3 and total 1.3

He didn't put anything in the Dual given on the CFI ride (had it with the same DPE)

So-o-o, YMMV
