How long are records kept in the insurance database?

I'm trying to access my file and when I checked MIB there's no record on me, but I was wondering if they are able to pull from a different location?

I don't want to be surprised if I was prescribed/diagnosed with something that I don't remember and didn't report it because I genuinely didn't know.

All of my medical records were deleted because they were only required to keep them 7 years, so I can't really go off of that.

What is the next best practice? I'm currently filling out my MedXPress. Thank you for your help in advance.
