I usually stay in Juan Les Pins but this is season and the rate has jumped to 200 Euros a night. I was thinking of staying in Valbonne, a nice little town in the foothills of the mountains. Anyone ever stayed there and have a hotel recommendation? I have business in Sofia Antipolis but the hotels there are very utilitarian and not my first or second choice.
