Is there anywhere that I could find old instrument approaches for certain airports? Some kind of database that archives historical approaches?

Have you tried calling the airport? FBO, flight school etc. There’s probably one lying around somewhere.

We'd have to make three copies and burn two of them. It's all explained in the FAA manual. We'd let you see it, but we burned it.
