High Altitude Balloons Currently Over Idaho, Oregon and Washington

I was flying out that way a few months ago and heard ATC calling traffic to someone: "Traffic at your 1 o'clock, 5 miles, Google balloon at FL600". I didn't catch what kind of aircraft he was giving the traffic call to, but if he was up that high it must have been something pretty interesting!

I'll keep an eye out next time I'm on a $100 million hamburger run in my SR-71. ;)

I don't think you can eat a McDonald's hamburger in the shade of the wing of an SR-71 for $100. :D

There's one at March Field, maybe a 15-minute flight from my airport. I'd have to pay the $10 admission fee and smuggle the hamburger in, though...

While cruising by there en route to San Diego, I'll occasionally see a B-52 taking off. Awesome sight!

I'll have to be careful on my next flight at FL600
