Senor S. Cutler has passed the Approved Bellanca Viking Flight and Landing Course (summa cum laude) at Marfa, Tx this evening. (and showed off his extraordinary aviator skills with unusual acumen and regard to landing techniques)
See, I told ya it's just like any other plane! Great job, buddy.

...so when do we evaluate the impact damage? :yikes:

dont worry spike, the parts grow on trees

Sounds like my favorite men from Texas are having too much fun. I'm a wee bit jealous that I can't be there flying around with you guys too.

Is the aircraft flyable now or are they waiting on trees ( I mean parts. ) I agree with your title, I had no idea he could do things like that. :hairraise: :yesnod:

No worries, take a walk through Home Depot. All will be revealed.

:D

Gotta love the Viking.

Dave. I used to be based on the field with Witmer's Air Service at N47 who is the East Coast Bellanca guru. I got to know Tom Witmer pretty well and thus got to appreciate the wooden wonder. He is one of the few shops that really know wood and fabric. However, his monthly Terminix bill was very high. :)

Nothing like flying a Bellanca Super Viking to make a Bonanza feel like a Wagon Queen Family Truckster. The BSV is sweetness personified.
