I've been looking at the Ipad since the original rolled out. I opted, instead, for an Exopc Slate running full a full version of Windows 7 and Meego. I'm no geek, so my purchase(at an amazing price) was mainly out of curiosity because I can't imagine replacing my Lenovo Thinkpad with anything and every computer in my life is PC. The last Apple computer I owned was a titanium G4 running OSX, and it was a bit inconvenient going from Apple at home to PC at work daily.
The thought of a smaller and cheaper Ipad appeals to me because of its portability and it seems everything aviation related is first perfected on the Ipad, then adjusted to accommodate the Android market.
So, devoted Ipad users, what have you heard in terms of processor speed, price point, release date, etc? Revolutionary product or the Great Pumpkin?
