Responded to a call out for hot fuel for a medi-vac helicopter needing fuel to get from a scene to the destination hospital with patient on board. Truck pre-positioned, running and hose charged when he got there. The only way it could have gone faster was if the pilot hadn't positioned about 3 feet further away than the hose would reach. Had to take a couple of minutes to reposition the truck.
