Helo bird strike Super Bowl Sunday

Paul Appleton was flying a helicopter, snapping photos during the Super Bowl, when a turkey vulture suddenly flew into his aircraft.

Amazing that it flew off, after they landed, apparently none the worse for wear!

I can hear the buzzard telling his friends about it afterwards...
"Got a hell of a headache, but it was worth it- always wanted a ride in one o' them things, ayup!"
