Headset with Hearing Aid

I haven't really noticed this problem till I started flying the Sportcruiser (mainly because the Cherokees and Warriors I used to fly had good enough insulation.) but my hearing aid does not like my headset. I have a BAHA (Bone Anchored Hearing Aid) and every time I put on the head set I get a microphone feedback.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and know how to fix it?

I think some configurable hearing aids have a "headset" mode.
