Is the parking brake on one side only?

This looks more like the wheel locked up for some reason, not a parking brake set before landing.

That happened to one of our Saabs a little while ago...popped all four mains and blew out the nose strut. Bad afternoon for those guys.

Don't know about airliners but it can be done in my airplane. The parking brake in a Baron or Bonanza is just a checkvalve that's bypassed or disabled for normal braking.
