GTN650 vs 750 when paired with a G3X

I've flown with both of these navigators a bit, but always with steam gauges. I like the larger screen of the 750, but I'm wondering with the G3X and an ipad, is there much value in having the larger navigator screen?

I don't anticipate doing lots of flying in hard IMC. I imagine most instrument flying will be getting above the layers. Thanks for any input you have.

When we did the G3x with the 2 screen solution, we went with the 650 because the 7" screen basically functions as everything the 750 does except primary nav.
