Grumman Tigers in Northwest Florida/Southern Alabama?

I am pursuing aircraft ownership, and after reading lots of research, the Grumman Tiger seems like it would fit my budget as well as my needs (low-time pilot looking to build experience, have an aircraft for my instrument rating and to transport dogs for Pilots N Paws).

However, all the reading in the word won't be able to substitute for flying in one....does anyone have any advice on how I can test one out/go for a flight in one? None based at my home airport and none available for rental near me (that I know of).

I am based out of KCQF (Fairhope, AL).
