Recently came across Matt Finan's Weather website. Although it's not specifically oriented to aviation, its a great resource for daily weather reports in NorCal. He goes into great detail on current and forecast conditions.
What makes it a real learning experience is that he shows you his sources for his information and walks you thru the analysis.
Even if you don't fly in NorCal, this can be a great weather education source that you can apply in your area.
