I hadn't seen this before, but this guy "captain scott" sure seems like a good instructor and he has a bunch of high-quality vids of him instructing students. He is a 747 captain.

I've had a few friends interested in learning to fly and I will be passing this on to them... gives a real good idea of what to expect in a lesson.

he has a much bigger collection of videos at www.askcaptainscott.com

I found him early on in my training. He even subscribed to my You Tube after I commented on his videos! He seems like a great guy, especially his videos about how many cups of coffee a pilot needs to cross the Pacific / Atlantic etc.

On his site he explains that when he was a non pilot the 747 captains would not tell him anything because it was too complicated. Now he tapes his captain stuff too and shares it with everyone who wants to work for the airlines. Cool stuff.

I just watched all of his videos on the website, it's really good stuff. Sometimes videos are worth 1,000 words!

Looks like he's using a pair of Nflightcams.

Not bad. I also like the UND videos.
