I remember flying at 11 thou over Canadian Rockies and some guy came on the frequency and was wanting me to land at his airport like 100 miles away to get fuel! What a hoot!

Hey, I'll bite - what kind of deal can you make on 100LL? I usually go to Stinson or Boerne Stage when I hit San Antone, but I could be persuaded... ;-)
