Only half aviation related....

Is there a Go Pro model (or similar from other manufacturers) that can easily be moved from the car dashboard to the cockpit glareshield (and back again...)? What sorts of mounts are necessary? Cig lighter plug powered or battery?

The car side of the question is based on the close calls that other crazy drivers have foisted upon me. I'm thinking that video evidence will help. The cockpit usage is just for fun.

there are a number of different mounts for the gopro. go to thr websie and take a look. go to the local REI and ask the CSR at the display to demonstrate.
